This person works closely with Area Managers and Directors from the Finance, IT, Technical Services, Safety, and Environmental Departments.


Standard Duties:

  1. Leads the Dispatch Managers
  2. Continually analyze and improve operational efficiencies
  3. Develop, Implement, and Manages KPI’s against established goals as it relates to RM and AGG delivery. Sets weekly, monthly, annual goals.
  4. Works collaboratively on process improvement for the entire dispatch department
  5. Responsible for 3rd Party Trucking Quotes as well as fuel purchasing responsibilities
  6. Updates and Collaborate’s with Area Managers on project status and customer needs
  7. Oversees and analyzes Cement and Aggregate Cost Management
  8. Works closely with Accounting to ensure accurate costing
  9. Works closely with IT to manage and implement operational technologies
  10. Helps on board and train new hires.
  11. Proactively plans for personnel and equipment needs in operations
  12. Assists in a backup Role in any Dispatch Pod
  13. Presents information to management, public groups and/or boards of directors.
