What is DuraSeal?

DuraSeal is a ready-to-use water repellant that is colorless, breathable, non-staining, non-yellowing and deep penetrating. Unlike other penetrating sealers which are only physically bonded, DuraSeal chemically bonds with the substrate. DuraSeal creates a hydrophobic barrier that prevents moistures and chemicals from intruding into the concrete.

How can DuraSeal be used?

DuraSeal can be used on any clean, dry, cementitious surface that has previously had a compatible curing and sealing compound applied. DuraSeal is recommended for, but not limited to, the following applications:

• Parking Structures
• Driveways
• Sidewalks
• Porches
• Patios
• Precast Concrete
• Poured Walls
• Natural and Synthetic Stone

What makes DuraSeal different?

Moisture and chemical penetration contribute to almost all concrete surface defects like scaling, spalling, popouts, and alkali-silica reaction.
