Please provide two (2) local trade credit references (no utility, trucking or credit card companies).

A valid email address for your trade company must be provided, as a credit reference will be sent for completion. Failure to do so may result in a delay in processing the application.

A valid email address for your trade company must be provided, as a credit reference will be sent for completion. Failure to do so may result in a delay in processing the application.

Authorization Signature

By clicking the checkbox below, I/we hereby authorize the above trade reference to release to BARD MATERIALS relevant information which may be required for the purpose of obtaining credit.

Payment Terms: Invoices are due by the 15th of the following month from the invoice date. A finance charge of 1.50% per month (annual percentage rate of 18%) will be charged on all past due invoices.

Please Note:
Credit references will be sent to trade companies provided by the end of the following business day from the time that the credit application is received (assuming trade company email provided is valid). The length of time for the credit application process to be completed is contingent upon how quickly completed credit references are returned to BARD Materials.
